Transport: How and Where to Park

Are you planning to attend the World Cup in Jasna? Don't forget that regulated parking in Demänovská Dolina starts on Thursday. On Thursday,  January 18, and Friday, January 19, car checks will take place from the Záhrady location throughout the day. "Only vehicles with authorization will be allowed into Demänovská Dolina. This includes accommodated individuals, hosts, residents of Demänovská Dolina, organizers, participants of the World Cup, and guests with purchased parking," explained the head of the organizational committee for the World Cup in Jasna, Trumpeš.

For the public draw event, which will take place in the fan zone at Biela Púť on Friday and Saturday at 6:00 PM, use the shuttle service if you prefer not to participate in the car checks. The shuttle will operate from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, following the standard schedule.

The shuttle service is free and will operate from the Železničná Stanica in Liptovský Mikuláš, as well as from designated shuttle and paid parking areas.

Parking on Competition Days

On the competition days – both Saturday and Sunday – it is recommended to arrive at the roundabout in Liptovský Mikuláš by 6:30 AM. After 7:30 AM, private vehicle transit through Demänovská Dolina will not be possible. However, if you have reserved accommodation in the resort, you can park your car at your accommodation facility.

Free parking will be available at the Academy of Armed Forces and at Tatralandia. Paid parking is available in the Krupová area (Chopok South).

If you have purchased a parking ticket, you can park at the Pavilion Lehota Parking (P7), Lúčky Parking (P4), Záhradky Parking (P3), or the Parking at Demänovská Cave of Liberty (P5) – depending on the parking ticket you have purchased.
